Welcome to real estate Boot Camp! This course is great for the newly licensed agent to jump start their career as well as
getting long time licensees out of the rut they often fall into. Develop a business plan that will guide you through the next 90 days to 12 months!

Objectives  - Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

 Identify and prioritize the four elements of the real estate productivity cycle.

 Develop an objective, measurable business plan for the following 12 months with anticipated revenue and sources.

 List the most common objections a buyer raises when asked to execute an exclusive Buyers Brokerage agreement.

 Identify the hurdles the salesperson puts in front of themselves and the solutions for each.

 Relate customer objections to the students personal biases.

 Develop daily checklists to stay on their productivity target.

Identify the most advantageous mortgage programs for a specific customer.

 List the five primary objections to an exclusive right of sale listing.

 List the socio-economic and technological changes that will challenge the student, presently and in the foreseeable future.

 Prepare an objective timetable and schedule of activities for the next 90 days that will insure a sustainable income. (This should dovetail into the student’s 12-month business plan.)

 Develop an internet strategy to market themselves and their products (buyer services, listings, rentals, etc.) and attach an expense budget.

Aroosa Rauf

Aroosa has been working in the real estate industry in Florida for the past 18 years. Her experience includes all aspects of brokerage management, sales and marketing training. Having been involved in the training and development of new and seasoned associates for many years, Aroosa is very passionate about helping build successful careers on a solid foundation of real estate basics and assist in implementing systems, tools, and strategies to take their careers to the next level.

Her primary goal for each class is to inspire, encourage, and motivate everyone who attends to leave knowing something new they can implement immediately in their businesses and keep them moving forward to achieve their goals.

Aroosa has received #1 Sales Associate Award 5 years consecutively, 100% Award Recipient with RE/MAX, 2017 Excellent Instructor Award from the Board of Realtors and is the 2018 Educator of the Year recipient with her local association. Currently Aroosa is the 2018 Chairperson for the Education Committee with the local board of realtors and the Chairman for the Marketing Committee with the Chamber of Commerce. Aroosa is currently managing and overseeing 50 sales associates as a real estate broker/mentor and productivity

coach and enjoys seeing the successes of those she works with.

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
