Your Association has designed a 3CE Ethics and Business Practices course to satisfy the FREC requirement toward your 14HR License renewals, AND complete your NAR Realtor Ethics Requirement!


This is a LIVE Training offered by the BeachesMLS Training Team at Broward, Palm Beaches and St Lucie Realtors®. You will be able to watch the computer screen and listen to the trainers from the comfort of your own home!

Registration via the ZOOM link is REQUIRED to reserve your place and join the training session. Computer/Laptop/Tablet with internet access and audio is REQUIRED.

After registering for the training session, you will receive a confirmation (screen and email) containing the Webinar instructions; CLICK "ADD TO CALENDAR" to reserve the time in your personal calendar and save the webinar instructions. 
Saving the Webinar reservation to your calendar will provide an automated reminder about the session as well as the webinar instructions to Join the session with the time comes.

When it's time to join your Webinar training session, simply follow the prompts in your ZOOM calendar reservation. 
From your Computer/Laptop/Tablet, click the URL/link to join the session. Make sure your volume is turned up so you can hear the instructors when they start the session. 


NOTE All participants will be muted during the training session to reduce distraction and ambient noises, but a live CHAT feature within the webinar will allow you to ask your questions during the training, and our trainers will receive your questions and be able to answer in real time.


Not sure what your current requirement and/or license expiration is?  Follow the below steps:

How to Look Up My Required & Completed Courses in DBPR  (When You take any courses that are required to maintain your license through the state, the final recording is maintained here):
1. Go to www.MyFloridaLicense.com. 
2. On top Right, click My Account.  
3. Log In.  On the bottom right, under Licenses Linked to My Online Services Account, click on your Real Estate License link (in red).  If this option is not there, on the left menu, click Link License to My Account & follow instructions.  Once complete, the license will show up on the right-hand side, click and continue to step 4 below.
4. Under Functions, click on View My Continuing Education.  In the top section, it will show the required and completed courses to maintain your license.  The items in the Shortfall column to the right are courses/hours still required to take.  If there is nothing in the Shortfall column, then you have completed your requirements.  
5. On the Main Menu of your login page is where you can pay DBPR by clicking on Pay for Online Applications.  This is required before the expiration of your license.

To CANCEL your class registration, please email class name, date, and location to education@r-world.com or call 561-353-9190.

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
