Today’s managers must deal with a myriad of leadership challenges, such as recruiting, managing turnover, training and mentoring; in addition to running a successful and profitable business.  To succeed you must develop and implement a leadership strategy that addresses these challenges and has the flexibility to adapt to different personalities and situations.  As a result of this course, you will be able to:

• Develop effective sales associates who are aligned with the company’s culture

• Understand & adjust your leadership style based on the individual and the situation

• Harness performance strategies to ensure agents will reach their full potential

• Describe the ideal candidate for a sales agent

• Create a retention strategy as part of the sales development process

• How to Earn the Designation:

Complete any 3 CRB courses (online, virtually, and/or in a classroom) – XYZ class will be offered on XYZ date in our XYZ Auditorium – Click Here to register

• Complete 2 Experience Electives

• Possess at least 1 year of verifiable management experience 

• Complete a management resume 

• Member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® 

• Submit management resume with supporting documentation and a one-time $150 designation fee to the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).

• Annual dues are waived for the first year and will be $210 each subsequent year

To CANCEL your class registration, please email class name, date, and location to education@r-world.com or call 561-353-9190.

Class cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class without notice of cancellation prior to class will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
