GRI 302: Land Environment, Single Family Construction, Brokerage Management, and International Real

You're Registered!
REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Earning the designation is a way to stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as a professional with expertise in these areas. While this is the 300 Series, you do not have to complete the 100 and 200 as pre-requiste. Each Module stands alone and is tested on only the content within that Module. For more information, please contact Education@r-world.com

Module 302 - Thinking Outside of the Box
International Real Estate will introduce or expand the awareness of the many factors that must be taken into consideration when serving the real estate needs of international homebuyers or investors in the United States, Florida in particular.
